Year Round Dress Up and Down (YRDUD) Tunic Vests can be worn all seasons.  They can also be worn as a scarf.  They are terrific for trips and give you some versatility in your wardrobe.  They can be worn as a beach coverup and flow behind you beautifully. The fabric is sewn and fits reasonably up to 16 at least.  Has a razor back silhouette in back.
